The owner Luis and his technicians have always exceeded my expectations in regard to price, service and warranties. That being said, I’ve only experienced a couple of minor issues that have been resolved quickly - one was an electrical glitch, where the fan was running, but blowing out warm air rather than cold. The techs fixed it on the spot and my house started cooling down immediately. The other issue had something to do with a breaker being off, so no parts were required and since both units are 6 years into a 10 year warranty, I feel assured that Luis stands behind the products he sells, repairs and services.

Our A/C stopped cooling, and I was able to easily schedule an appointment online. Luis and Andres came out the very next day and quickly figured out the problem. They were both honest, helpful, and explained everything clearly. They replaced the parts that needed fixing, serviced and cleaned the unit, and made sure everything was running properly before they left. Our A/C is working great again! Called Luis the following morning and he had one of his team at our house that morning. Technician turned it on and it checked out fine… we don’t know why it happened which bothers me but wanted to thank Central California Air, Luis and his team for their prompt attention to this matter.
